The DMAW Educational Foundation continues to provide both educational and networking opportunities to direct marketing professionals, educators and students interested in careers in direct marketing. The EF features the following events, programs, or member groups this year:

The Academic Advisory Council
(a group of collegiate professors who meet to discuss how the EF can better assist professors and their students in direct marketing)

The DMAWEF Course Development Grants
(grants to fund the creation of direct marketing coursework at Metropolitan DC colleges and universities)

The DMAWEF Silent Auction
(online silent auction to benefit the EF)

The Leadership Circle
(a group of industry leaders who meet to discuss both the direct marketing industry and the work of the EF)

The Professors Institute
(educational sessions hosted by DMAW "faculty," for professors interested in teaching direct marketing at the collegiate level)

Regional Career Days
(intensive one-day programs on trends and developments in the direct marketing field, hosted at local colleges and universities)
